1. Purchaser agrees to provide plenty of TLC to keep this cat clean and healthy, and to try to send the seller a picture each year.

2. The purchaser agrees not to put the cat outside, unattended or in an enclosed and covered area.

3. Kittens are vaccinated at the age of 8 weeks and 12 weeks before released to new owners. Vaccine used is Fort Dodge Fel-o-Vax IV for Feline Panleukopenia, Calici Viris, Rhinotracheitis and Chlamydia.  Kittens are wormed with Strongid at 3-4-5 weeks and fecal is checked for negative results prior to going to new home.

4. All pet kittens are to be altered before 18 months - and not before 6 months old - unless otherwise specified by seller.

5. Registration papers will be sent to purchaser upon seller receiving a written verification that the kitten has been altered.

6. There will be no de-clawing/amputation of digits of our kittens/cats.

7. To the best of our knowledge, this cat is in good health at the time of sale. Our health guarantee extends through one week after the sale of the cat.

8. If within the guarantee period this cat is believed to be sick by a licensed veterinarian, the purchaser agrees to return it to the seller and seller will have the option to return this cat to the purchaser in a well condition, exchange it for a cat of equal value, or refund the purchase price.

9. Return of the cat must be preceded by a detailed statement by the examining veterinarian and shall specify the nature of the ailment, suggested treatment and cost, and where the veterinarian feels the problem originated.  The seller reserves the right to seek the opinion of another veterinarian. In the case of illness, the seller must be notified immediately by phone or this guarantee is null and void.

10. Health Guarantee as specified is the only available option or recourse a buyer has, and Seller is not responsible for any costs, expenses, charges regardless of reason or time frame.  Once the cat is received by the buyer, the Cat is the responsibility of the buyer and the buyer agrees from that point in time to indemnify the seller from any and all claims directly or indirectly involving the Cat regardless of nature of claim.

11. If the purchaser cannot retain ownership of the cat, for reasons other than the cat's health, the seller would request the courtesy of first refusal (for no more than the original price) provided the cat has maintained the good health presented at the time of the original sale.

12. If any portion of a sentence or provision of this contract is ruled invalid by a court or jurisdiction the unaffected agreement will remain valid.  In the event of any claim or dispute the jurisdiction will be in Franklin County, Ohio.
